Spectroscopic diagnostics of HTSC parameter variations induced by CO2 lasers
Description
This paper presents studies of the effect of continuous CO2-laser radiation on YBa2Cu3Ox ceramic HTSCs at room temperature and normal conditions. Reflection spectra measured in the region of electron transitions and lattice vibrations indicate that the irradiation tends to make the corresponding HTSC parameters vary in the direction of semiconductor properties. The effect in this case has a volume character. 14 refs., 4 figs
