Sister chromatid exchanges in human peripheral blood lymphocytes grown in irradiated medium
Description
The frequency of sister chromatid exchanges in human peripheral blood lymphocytes grown in irradiated culture medium is reported. Under the conditions used in the experiments, the results clearly indicate a lack of any effect of irradiated medium in inducing damage that results in SCS in human lymphocytes. (UK)
