Hydrogen atoms surface recombination at low temperatures studied by molecular beam, microcalorimetry and mass spectrometry

  • 1. Waterloo Univ., Ontario (Canada)

Description

The recombination reaction of H atoms and the accomodation and sticking of H2 molecules on surfaces at very low temperatures has been studied by means of molecular beam sampling, microcalorimetry and mass spectrometric analysis of the species emitted by the surface during the reaction. (Auth.)
