Description
For solving inverse problem of X-ray diffraction on GaAs-AlAs superlattices with InAs quantum dots within the statistical theory of X-ray diffraction the Genetic Algorithm in the form of Differential Evolution method was used. The calculation results were compared with experimental data. (paper)
