Description

In the course of investigation of electrochemical behaviour of binary deposits of cadmium, zinc and copper with silver using the method of inversion voltammetry with a graphite electrode it has been shown that ionization current of cadmiUm and zinc is determined by activity of these metals in corresponding binary deposit. For the copper-silver system considerable discrepancies between maximum copper ionization current and its activity in binary deposit, calculated on the basis of literature data on binary alloys are observed. To evaluate mutual effect of binary deposit components in the method of inversion voltammetry a parameter is suggested, which takes into account the change of analytical signal of a component being determined in dependence of its concentration in deposit
