Summary of the machine working group

Much work has been done recently in the area of versatile lattice designs that can operate either with beam monochromatization or without (standard) and with the same luminosity in both cases. The need for higher luminosities and wider energy range of the Tau-Charm Factory are shown. Updated technical approaches concerning the interaction region, the RF system and feedback, the vacuum system, the diagnostics and control, and the injector system are presented.
