The Labelling conditions of 99Tcm-C60(OH)x(O)y
- 1. Academia Sinica, Shanghai (China). Shanghai Inst. of Nuclear Research
Description
The labelling conditions of 99Tcm-C60(OH)x(O)y are investigated. The results show that stannous chloride and pH have influence on the labelling yield. Under the optimum conditions (0.2 mL 5 g/L C60(OH)x(O)y, 20 - 50 μg SnCl2·2H2O, pH4 - 6, reaction time 40 minutes and 100 degree C boiling water bath), the labelling yield is above 90%. The stability of 99Tcm-C60(OH)x(O)y is well and the radiochemical purity is >90% for 25 hours
