Full text : The central problem of modern nuclear physics is to unite the theory of the structure of nuclear systems with the processes of nuclear reactions. The connection of these two areas of theoretical research will be advantageous not only to study the structure of these complex systems, but also to identify the nature of time-dependent processes related to nuclear reaction
