Radiological accidents analysis in the field of industrial gamma-graphy

Twenty accidents in the industrial gamma radiography sector in france between 1978 and 1998 have been analyzed. This analysis has allowed to determine, for each case, the circumstances and the principal causes of accident, the nature, the sources activity, the type of gamma radiography equipment and the workers qualification.
