Description
Electricite de France and IPSN (Institut de Protection et de Surete Nucleaire) have made substantial progress in solving diesel generator reliability problems encountered during commissioning and operating French PWRs. Currently efforts are focused on piston seizures (at 900MWe units) and injection pump seizures. (author)
