Description
This article discusses the possibilities of using the BactoSCREEN mass spectrometer to determine the resistance of microorganisms in phytopathology. Examples and possibilities of using this mass spectrometer are considered. The scientific novelty of the work lies in considering the possibility of using the BastoSCREEN time-of-flight mass spectrometer in resistanceology, identifying the main features of this device- the speed of operation and the possibility of updating the database, as well as economic efficiency. As a result, this device is seen as a good alternative to traditional research methods. (paper)
