Particle magnetic moments in Kaluza-Klein strong gravity

  • 1. Ferrara Univ. (Italy). Ist. di Fisica

Description

The Kaluza-Klein theory is discussed in the strong-gravity framework. This leads naturally to the values of the elementary-particle magnetic moments showing also that the spin of the particle, through torsion, plays a more fundamental role than the electric charge that appears as a derived concept
