Crystallization of metastable boron nitride phases

Creators

Description

The study was aimed at explaining the roles played by the mechanical and nonmechanical work in the crystallization of metastable boron nitride phases under reduced pressure. The carriers of the non-mechanical work were: impulse plasma, free electrons and electrical field. The basic principles of the technology of the metastable boron nitride phases under the conditions of their thermodynamic instability (p, T) have been developed. The results were described and discussed in the doctor's thesis by M. Muftah, in 14 published papers and in 1 patent application (now pending). (author). 18 refs, 6 tabs, 8 figs
