A first document presents the specifications related to an installation for a seasonal thermal storage in aquifer located on the territory of Sarcelles (North of Paris). These specifications are general and more particularly concern the geographical location, energy data of surface installations (characteristics of the heat supply network, current capacity of the waste incineration unit, heat excesses in summer, thermal characteristics of the sub-station), data related to the subsoil (theoretical studies and works, drilling, aquifer description, geological layer). They also propose a description of the final installation: location, thermal objectives, functions related to water processing, regulation and control, wells and their equipment, energy functions, winter de-stocking, measurements, main controls, safety systems, technical room, organization and responsibility of the various interveners. A second document proposes a general presentation of the thermal storage process at medium temperature in aquifers at medium depth, describes the roles of the commissioner and the contractor in the general organization of realization and follow-up operations, describes the Sarcelles storage project, reports a thermal analysis, an assessment of energy savings, and an assessment of the impact on the reservoir, discusses the possible water processing to be implemented, and reports an economic and financial study
