Current and voltage measurements of light II-B pulsed power generator

Description
According to the coaxial cylindrical structure of PTL on Light II-B pulsed power source, a capacitive voltage divider was designed in the end of the PTL as pulsed voltage monitor. A stainless steel film connecting the outer tube and load was designed as pulsed current monitor, and the process was simulated using the circuit software. The probes of the capacitive voltage divider and the current monitor were calibrated on line, so the capacitive voltage divider and the current monitor could calibrate the high pulsed voltage and the current nicely. The results show that the capacitive voltage divider and the current monitor are ideal probes for measuring high pulsed voltage and current. (authors)
