Research of cubic boron nitride and lithium nitride subjected to influence by pulses of laser radiation

Description

The method of an electron paramagnetic resonance investigates concentration of the paramagnetic centers of samples microcrystals of cubic boron nitride and powders of nitride of lithium after an irradiation by the pulse laser under normal conditions. Modelling representations of the paramagnetic centers responsible for a signal with g = 2,0015, in powders of nitride of lithium, received are considered at change of pressure of synthesis. It is shown, that irrespective of size of pressure for all samples the basic signal with the g-factor equal 2,0015 and width of a line up to 1 Oe is registered. (authors)
