Spectral observations of AG Dra B in 1983

The results of the spectral observations of AG Dra are presented on the basis of the investigation of 40 spectrograms obtained in 1983. The dispersions are 86 and 94 A/mm near Hγ. The change of the equivalent widths of H and He 2 emission lines has been noted. The Balmer decrement has been obtained taking into account interstellar absorption and the spread of the energy in AG Dra spectrum obtained on the basis of literature data. In the limits of the symbiotic model the conclusion has been made that AG Dra resembles a pair consisting of K3 3 type star and hot component with a dense and compact envelope
