Description

This paper discusses thin films of tungsten trioxide with oxygen deficiencies that were prepared by RF sputtering. The oxygen deficiency was measured by a novel method of chemical analysis. The Li+ diffusivity in the thin films was measured as a function of oxygen deficiency (δ) and of the content of Li+ in the thin films. The diffusivity was about 10-11 cm2/sec at 296K. The diffusivity increased with the increase of δ value and slightly decreased with the increase of Li+ content
