Das Urteil ist den Prozessbevollmaechtigten der Verfahrensbeteiligten am 7. Juli 1982 mit der vollstaendigen Begruendung zugestellt worden. Die Revision wurde zugelassen, der Streitwert fuer das Berufungsverfahren auf DM 180 000,- festgesetzt.
