The eddy current testing method and application in the heat transfer tube fouling of steam generator
- 1. China Nuclear Power Operation Technology Corporation, Wuhan (China)
Description
There are much sediment in secondary circuit of the steam generator and endanger the safety of the tubes, the eddy current testing method can effectively detect the sludge of the secondary side. Through the experiment of simulating different thickness of fouling, get the corresponding relation of thickness and amplitude. This article describes the detection method of fouling in the tube of steam generator, and the relationship between the amplitude and the thickness, which provides an effective reference for the heat transfer tube fouling of steam generator.
