Description
By the methods of isothermal solubility, refracto- and pH-metry the system boric acid-ethanol hydrazine-water at 25 deg C has been studied for the first time. On the basis of chemical analysis and IR spectroscopy data it has been ascertained that as a result of interaction of components in the system ethanolhydrazonium pentaborate is formed. Individuality of the compound studied is confirmed by X-ray diffraction analysis
