Description

The authors have synthesized iodine-123 and iodine-125 labelled Z-11β-chloromethyl-17α-iodovinyl estradiol for the purpose of imaging and therapy of estrogen receptor containing tumoral tissues. They have used these radiopharmaceuticals to conduct binding studies, to determine in vitro cytotoxicity and biodistribution patterns in mice and rats
