Study on the superconducting resonators with the strong SHF fields

Description
Research is reported which aimed at selecting a parameter measurement scheme for superconducting resonators in the 10 cm range with superhigh-frequency fields. A high-frequency feed circuit with adequate frequency stability is described. In a resonator with a galvanized lead cover (Qsub(o)=(2+-0.3)x107 at low power), Esub(o)=(100+-5)kV/cm was obtained at T=4.2deg K with input power 50+-3 W. (author)
