MBE synthesis and analysis of thin film Bi2Sr2Ca1Cu2O8+y high-temperature superconductors
Description
The synthesis of thin films of the high-Tc superconductors Bi-2212 by pumped MBE was investigated and the structure and properties of the films was measured by TEM. Mainly the conditions for the synthesis of a four layer thin film superconductor were studied
