Computer simulation and experiment verification of space charge distribution in PMMA injected by electron beam

Description
To control and measure depth profiles of charge deposition in the sample is of significance for researches of space charge break-down in high-voltage cable insulation and destruction of spacecraft by high-energy radiations. In this paper, Monte-Carlo simulation is used to get depth profiles of charge deposition in PMMA sample, results of LIPP experimental measurement with EB irradiated PMMA ion experiments agree with the M-C simulation.
