Determination of the time of the shell ejection in nova outbursts
Description
The light curve of novae is discussed and it is stated that its analysis can reveal the time of ejection of the main skill. In the case of four galactic novae this time was found to vary between 19 and 40 days before maximum. The subject is treated mathematically. (U.K.)
