Deuterium thermodesorption out of austenitic steel irradiated by 3MeV deuterons
Description
For the purpose of direct determination of the influence of radiation defects on diffusive mobility of deuterium in the 0Kh16N15M3B austenitic steel at increased temperature the deuterium thermodesorption upon implantation by increased energy deuterons has been investigated. It is shown that the moderating the deuterium diffusion influence of radiation defects is manifested at the temperature ≤ 750 K. It is assumed that this influence is conserved also at higher temperature. The long-term exposure of samples upon irradiation at room temperature results in intensification of this influence
