Antiferroelectric-ferroelectric transition in binary sodium niobate base solid solution systems

Description
Dielectric properties of systems (1-x) NaNbO3-xKNbO3 and (1-x) NaNbO3-xPbTiO3 were studied. Regions of antiferroelectric-ferroelectric transition were determined. It was ascertained that in the (1-x) NaNbO3-xKNbO3 system the antiferroelectric phase is stable at x ≤ 0.01, while the ferroelectric one - at x ≥ 0.0175, the region of transition from one phase to the other lying in the range of concentration 0.01 < x < 0.0175. In the (1-x) NaNbO3-xPbTiO3 system the range of transition lies in the range of concentration 0.07 < x < 0.11

Исследованы диэлектрические свойства систем (1-x) NaNbO3-xKNbO3 и (1-x) NaNbO3-xPbTiO3. Определены области антисегнето-сегнетоэлектрического перехода. Установлено, что в системе (1-x) NaNbO3-xKNbO3 антисегнетоэлектрическая фаза стабильна при x ≤ 0,01, а сегнетоэлектрическая - при x ≥ 0,0175, в интервале концентраций 0,01 < x < 0,0175 находится область перехода из одной фазы в другую.
