Some possibilities of heat and mass transfer intensification in a two-phase gas-liquid flow in a film system

Description

Questions of thermo-and aerodynamics in the evaporation of liquid from the surface of a film sprinkler in a forced laminar and turbulent has flow with an extreme flow rate have been examined. Ways have been shown for heat and mass exchange intensification limited on the one hand by the destruction of the continuous film of the liquid and the system, choking on the other. It has been established that new crossing direct-flow or counterflow systems of special capillary-porous materials ensure a partial suction of liquid from their surface in case of its uniform wetting under the conditions of high hydraulic Resub(L)/Resub(Llim)=0.1 loads, and eliminate both the conditions of choking and destruction of system wetting. Such systems can be further improved by installing transverse turbulators
