Low-energy ion irradiation effect on the desorption processes in hydrogen penetration through metals
Description
On the basis of the results of the experiments on hydrogen isotope penetration through the metallic membranes (Ni, Pd, Kh18N10T steel) one studied the effect of low-energy ion irradiation on the desorption processes. Paper presents data on the radiation-accelerated desorption and on the variation of hydrogen desorption rate resulting from the surface cleaning due to ion sputtering. Paper discusses the problem dealing with the boundary conditions when describing hydrogen penetration in case there are several lines of desorption

На основе результатов экспериментов по проникновению изотопов водорода сквозь металлические мембраны (Ni, Pd, сталь Х18Н10Т) рассматривается влияние низкоэнергетического ионного облучения на десорбционные процессы. Приводятся данные по радиационно-ускоренной десорбции и по изменению скорости десорбции водорода в результате очистки поверхности за счет ионного распыления. Обсуждается вопрос о граничных условиях при описании проникновения водорода при наличии нескольких каналов десорбцииAdditional details
