Design status of the KSTAR Thomson scattering
Description
The engineering design of Laser input port system, laser beam guiding system and laser shutter system for KSTAR (Korean Superconducting Tokamak Advanced Research) Thomson scattering is designed. The laser beam guiding system is located at the Lm-Port and this system consists of gate valve, vacuum system, baffle and widow. The laser beam guiding system has beam collimate system with vacuum. The laser safety shutter system consists of mirrors, linear motion stage and beam dump. And this shutter is remotely controlled at the Thomson diagnostics room and KSTAR main control room. (author)
