Multidetector system with thirteen units

Description

The temperature measurement of highly excited nucleus is a key in study of 'hot nucleus' in intermediate energy domain. Determination of the temperature by measuring the particle population on different states is a method developed recent years. In order to perform this kinds of experiments, a multidetector system for unstable particle measurement is necessary because of the special decay model of unstable particle. The multidetector system fixed on a metallic frame consists of a close-packed double hexagonal array with thirteen ΔE-E telescopes. The efficiency functions of this multidetector have been simulated by means of Monte Carlo method
