Positron annihilation in atomic gases
Description
The problem of two-photon annihilation of positrons in atomary gases is discussed. Calculation of angular correlation (AC) spectrum for the process of positron annihilation on He atoms is presented. It is stressed that AC spectrum calculation is to be based on the formulae, taking sequentially into account the features of two-photon annihilation decomposition kinematics. 8 refs.; 2 figs
