Description

At the TRIGA reactor Vienna the former thermalizing column of the reactor was converted to a neutron radiography facility with a Bi-filter, a conical collimator, a neutron shutter and a vertical elevator transport system for the sample and the film-converter cassette. As converter a Gd-foil is used in the direct imagining method, the L/D/ ratio is about 13o. In the presented paper, the actual application of the NR facility is presented which deals mainly with moisture penetration in building materials. (author). 6 figs
