Information about influence of the Bohunice V-2 NPP on the environment, January 2016

In this paper results of radiation monitoring of Bohunice V-2 NPP are presented. The radioactive effluents into atmosphere within January 2016 were: 0.217 MBq of aerosols, 0.023 MBq of iodine-131, 0.475 TBq of rare gases, 178.5 GBq of Tritium and 2.01 MBq of other radionuclides. For the period January 2016 these radioactive effluents into atmosphere represented 0.217 MBq of aerosols (0.0003% of annually limit), 0.023 MBq of iodine-131 (0.00004% of annually limit), 0.475 TBq of rare gases (0.0238% of annually limit), 178.5 GBq of Tritium (0.89% of annually limit), 2.01 MBq of other radionuclides (0.015% of annually limit). Dose equivalent rates for the villages in surroundings of the Bohunice NPP in January 2016 are published. No limits set up by regulatory bodies were exceeded.
