On the danger for nuclear non-proliferation from appearance of a specialist in the nuclear weapon devices in the non-nuclear weapon states

Results of an investigation related to determining the minimal requirements to conditions, neede to produce a nuclear charge, are presented. It is ascertained that even the presence of a single person having certain khowledge in nuclear charge structure will allow one to reduce the terms of nuclear weapon development down to 1 year. Terms of weapon production are also affected by the basic charge characteristics (sufficient quantity of fissionable material, charge capacity and means of delivery to a target)
