Interconnection between longitudinal and transverse strains under uniaxial cyclic elastic-plastic deformation

Description
An analysis has been made of the interrelationship between longitudinal and transverse elastic-ductile deformations and of the changing pattern for the coefficient of transverse deformation with static and cyclic loadings. A possibility is offered for a mutual recalculation of diagrams of cyclic deformation by the longitudinal and transverse deformations. For steel Kh18N10T experimental data are given for the change of the transverse deformation coefficient at different loading diagrams under conditions of room and elevated temperatures
