Complexed calcium and the evaluation of tracer kinetic studies: A revised compartmental model
Creators
Description
This article presents a revised model for the analysis of data from the use of calcium-47 tracers. Its central postulate is that the complexed calcium pool needs to be considered as a separate entity when calcium kinetics are being studied. This pool may also prove to be of considerable importance in clinical studies of disorders of calcium metabolism. 1 fig
