Themoelectromotive force and electroconductivity of Ce-M-Si system compounds (M=Fe, Co, Ni)

Description
Measuring results of temperature dependences of the differential thermo- e.m.f. and electric conductivity of some compounds of Ce-M-Si systems (M=Fe, Co, Ni) are presented. Anomalies observed of kinetic coefficients of the majority of compound under investigation are supposed to be stipulated by s-f-hybridization resulting from the presence of cerium 4f-states near the Fermi level
