Description

New fields of application for neutron radiography emerge from the developments in small neutron generator construction and improved detection systems taking advantage of image refinement and filter techniques. Examples are presented which show the exceptional properties of neutron radiography in industrial and aircraft (part 1) and building applications and machine vision (part 2). (orig.)

Einige neue Einsatzgebiete der Neutronenradiographie entstehen aufgrund der Entwicklung transportabler Neutronengeneratoren und verbesserter Detektionssysteme, die sich der Bildverarbeitung bedienen. Die Anwendungsbeispiele demonstrieren die aussergewoehnlichen Eigenschaften der Neutronenradiographie in Industrie und Luftfahrt (Teil 1) sowie Bauwesen und Bildverarbeitung (Teil 2). (orig.)
