Polarization vectors of gauge bosons

Description
The authors investigate the properties of polarization vectors for gauge bosons, including their forms with arbitrary polarization direction in laboratory frame, their different sum rules, and the projection operators they constitute. Then by some examples, the authors illustrate techniques in calculating processes involving gauge bosons. Our discussion is beneficial for the understanding of the essence of gauge bosons. (authors)
