Three-nucleon scattering
Description
Three-nucleon Faddeev equations have been solved in a numerically precise manner. Various realistic NN potential predictions for elastic nucleon-deuteron scattering and the break up process are compared to experimental data, including the latest. Most data are described very well by theory, but there are a few exceptions which point to additional dynamical mechanisms. First results on the inclusion of the 2π-exchange-three-nucleon force will be presented
