Description
The Thomson high-sensitive mass spectrograph is developed, which permitted to analyze the scattering of ion component of plasma produced with the help of lasers, according to energies and according to charge composition in the range of Esub(i)/Z approximately 1 - 200 keV. Operation modes of main elements of spectrograph, including detecting system consisting of miorochannel plate and electron-optical converter are described. Methods of spectrograph calibration, necessary for investigation of energy spectra of ions are discussed
