Dynamic of the trapped electrons in the auroral zone during the substorm

Description
The principal variations of the electrons of the external radiation belt in the course of a magnetic substorm were isolated. The data of measurements of captured electrons with Esub(e)=20 keV-1.4 MeV in four local-time sectors of the magnetosphere on the polar sputnik ''Cosmos-426'' were used. All in all, 49 flights in the magnetic storm of 22-25.11.71 in the more quiescent period of 11-12.11.71, and on the maqnetoquiescent day of 15.11.71 are considered. The described types of variation in electron intensity are analyzed. The dynamics of the behaviour of energetic electrons during magnetic substorms is traced
