Reaction ed → enp and relativistic effects in the deuteron
Description
The cross section dsup(2)σ/dΩsub(e)dE' of the reaction ed→enp is expressed in terms of the deuteron wave function (WF) on the light front. The resulting cross section increases in the range y<0 (1/20 (00 and at y<0 are of the same sign. If appropriate experiments were carried out, the above predictions would make it possible to distinguish between relativistic and WF structure effects
