Description
The mass distributions in the 16O+40Ca collision at Esub(lab)=157.3 MeV are studied in an extended time-dependent Hartree-Fock theory, in which the effects of two-particle-two-hole excitations are taken into account. The obtained results reproduce large variances of observed mass distributions, which the standard time-dependent Hartree-Fock theory has failed to predict. (orig.)
