Nordic Mutual Emergency Assistance Agreement in connection with Radiation Accidents. Entry into Force
Description
The Government of Norway deposited with the Agency on 19 June 1964 an instrument of ratification of the Nordic Mutual Emergency Assistance Agreement in Connection with Radiation Accidents. The Agreement consequently entered into force on that date, pursuant to Article XI, since it had been signed on 17 October 1963 without reservation as to ratification on behalf of the Government of Sweden. Subsequently, on 17 August 1964 and 16 June 1965 respectively, the Governments of Denmark and Finland deposited instruments of ratification.
