Second harmonic of cosmic ray distribution function for the case of a strong magnetic field

Description
A drift kinetic equation describing the propagation of charged particles of cosmic rays in the interplanetary magnetic field (IMF) with provision for multiple particle scattering with arbitrary inhomogeneities of IMF has been derived. Derived were also the transfer equation the first and second spherical harmonics of the particle distribution function for the case of a strong magnetic field. The relation of the density, current and the second harmonics of particles to the density, current and the second harmonics of the Larmor discs has been found
