Adjustment program of the horizontal survey network with relative error ellipse

Description
The two-dimensional program for the network survey using Schreiber method is written in FBASIC language. It is useful for the survey and simulation because also the graphics results is get at the same time. The memory and speed of PC are improved very much now. Furthermore this program is improved from BASIC language to Excel VBA. After the parameters and survey data are filled in the column of the Excel sheet the calculated results continued in the lower lines by applying Excel VBA (Visual Basic Application). This program can calculate also the relative error ellipse, which is much important to the accelerator. (author)
