Electroproduction of charmed particles in quantum chromodynamics

Description
Electroproduction of charmed particles is considered at moderate values of Q2, Q2=-q2 (q is the proton impulse), Q2 (<=) 4 msub(s)2 (m is the mass of a charmed quark). Formulae for contribution of charming into structural functions at small Q2 are obtained. The region of large Q2 is also considered and the correlation of corresponding results with those relating to small Q2 is discussed in detail. Numerical estimations are presented. A number of qualitative assertions important from the experimetal point of view has been formulated
